Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery.
A charge of $5.00 will be applied for exchanges to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
*The customer is responsible for measuring themself correctly and the $5.00 fee will not be waived for the return shipping label.
Comfort Concealment will cover the shipping cost of sending the new size to you.

Returns or Refunds
Unworn and undamaged belts will be given a full refund, minus shipping costs if returned within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We offer a 1-year warranty on workmanship, so if you experience any quality issues (stitching coming out, velcro coming off, etc.) we will either replace your belt with a new one or issue a refund if you choose.
